A new multicultural festival for Ashford
Equator Festival has been awarded funds from the Big Lottery Fund to launch a new multicultural community festival in Ashford. The festival will be in partnership with Festival in the Park on Friday 7th July – Sunday 9th July 2017 and we want YOU to be part of it.
There will also be a food tent with food from around the world and specialist chefs showing you how to cook. There will be performances and workshops from some of the Equator Artists.
We are looking for looking for community groups, youth group and local artists to perform and celebrate with us. The ‘World in a tent’ programme will be finalised by the end of April so please get in touch if you are interested in performing.
